Hi everyone!

How would I turn royal icing/ butter cream icing into raspberry icing. Can I just add raspberries? Also, I hear a lot of you talk about Raspberry preserves.......I can only find raspberry jam, strawberry jam, etc. Where would I find the preserve?

you can give it a suttle raspberry flavor and a slight pink color by using chambord for the liquid in your frosting. Chambord is a raspberry liquor. It is expensive, but some liquor stores sell sample bottles, there is 1/4 cup in a sample bottle.....

Here is a link for Raspberry Buttercream,

And you also can make Raspberry Curd and mix it to your normal buttercream.

HTH.
