I would like to make small holly berries to go on top of cupcakes. Does anyone know what tip should i use to make the leaves? Thanks a million.
Why do it in RI? Why not pipe w/b'cream?
For either royal or b'cream the tip to use will be 65 or 66 ot maybe even 67 depending on the size you want the leaves to be.
Pipe your leaf, the using a toothpick or better yet, a hat pin, knick the edge of the leaf by starting about 1/4 of the way in from the edge of the leaf & pulling the pin out to the edge at an angle towards the top of the leaf. **You MUST wipe off the pin after each knick.** Do this 2 or three times on each side of the leaf.
OR you can buy holly leaf cutter & make them in fondant.
