HI all!
Does any body knows the ratio of chocolate to paramount crystals- how much crystals per pound of chocolate? I'm about to make Kathy Scott's tiffany box petit fours, and I need only this info to start.

You actually just add it until you thnk the choco is fluid enough.
Do you know that stuff is pure coconut oil? Many people (like me) are allergic to coconuticon_sad.gif
You can achieve about the same results by using Crisco.
