Crumb Coat ??? Help!

I am having so much trouble with crumbs in my icing and I have no idea what to do. Does anyone know a crumb coat recipe or solution? Please help! icon_cry.gif

I use my regular icing and crumb coat my cake. THen I let it sit and crust up for anywhere from 1/2 hr to a whole day. (if it's longer than 1/2 hr I cover it)

Then when I come back, the crumbs are sealed in the crumb coat and I frost over that. No crumbs.
