Ok, got another one for you guys!! I want to make a display cake with white chocolate shells pour from a mold. I tried pressing gumpaste into the mold and it was very hard to get out and just didnt have the same little details you get when you use chocolate. Is this my only alternative for the fake cakes or do you have any other ideas?

I've used plaster of paris in my molds to make fake shells. Of course you don't want to use the same mold when using chocolate. I usually have to of each mold.
