Why Bubbles On Mmf?

Here I am again asking icon_redface.gif , but I have a ??? Why when I cover my cake with MMF I get bubbles? When I cover my cake is nice and smooth but after 1 hour you can see some bubbles between the cake and the MMF and I try to fix it smoothing again but I can icon_cry.gificon_cry.gificon_cry.gificon_cry.gif

Can some body help me, thankx in advance.

My guess would be that as the cake settles it is releasing air/gases....hence the bubbles. Just prick them with a pin and smooth them out the best you can. HTH
