Can someone tell me what to use when painting on fondant or BC icing?
I made a little puppy out of fondant, I airbrushed the fondant, that dried OK. But I used my icing color (Wilton paste) to paint the spots on the puppy and it's still not dry.
That was about 4 days ago! Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong or let me know what to use.
Thanks

Thanks for the help. I'll try the different techniques and see what happens. If they turn out good enough, I'll post them.
Thanks again

Use piping gel and some BC mixed, it will depend on your BC on how much gel you'll need to add or vise versa.

I mix vodka with food coloring. It dries quickly and it's not sticky.

I was surprised at far food color goes when mixed with vodka - I expected the color to wash out (diluted) but it stays pretty intense.
