i found this cool cup cakes i want to make for the holydays but i can not figuer them out how do tey make the little snowman or santa, can anyone help? thanks http://eini.ca/cupcakes/cupcake.php?cat=8&id=GF001

Hi diana83, I would make the santa with 50/50 mixture of gumpaste and fondant or adding 1/2 a teaspoon of CMC/ tylose to 250g of fondant. Here is a link on how to make a santa. Just thought it would give you some idea how to do it.

Using any book or pamphlet on polymer clay or PlayDough you can create all kinds of critters or figures. Just use fondant instead of the clay. It's really rather simpleicon_smile.gif
