Someone emailed me this picture and wanted to know if I can make a similar cake. I keep staring at it trying to work out the construction, and now my brain hurts because I'm unsure of the best way to tackle it!
Covering it in fondant with all those nooks and crannies does not sound like a fun job at ALL. If you had to take this cake apart and recreate it, how would you do it?
