How Much Cake Batter?

I have the oval pan that came in my Course II kit. How much cake batter do you put in these pans and how long do you bake them and on what temp. I think they are 7 inch oval pans.

It's 2.5 cups of batter, bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, according to the Wilton charts.

Is that 2.5 cups of batter per pan or for both pans?
