Hi Everyone.Can anyone suggest what is the earliest to assemble a cake? I am doing two cakes back to back and am wondering how early I can start on them before the submittal date. Any auggestions?Thanks so much!
I assemble and decorate my wedding cakes the day before - -Friday for a Saturday wedding.A fondant cake could actually be assembled and decorated 2 days before.
