I was wondering if there is something you could use besides real cakes to practice new ideas and stuff with icing to make it look like a real cake. because i want to try new things but dont want to put all the money to buying cake mixes just to see how it looks. thanks

love my styro cakes!! wrap them in plastic wrap first so you can pull of the ocing when you want to do another one!
