How big of a cake should I use to feed about 25 people, half or full sheet?
10" square. A half sheet is 12 X 18 and serves 54 (2" X 2") servings. A full sheet is twice that big.
For 25 servings a 9x13x2 would be just perfect. And using my *original* WASC recipe will giv e you the perfect amount of batter for that size.

I always mention to my customers that are at 25 servings that the 11x15 serves 35. They usually get that one, they feel more comfortable having a little more, especially if they know someone usually eats more than the standard size of 2x2.Jibbies
