So I just made my usual BC and tasted it ( thumbsdown.gif ) and then chewed it like I did with Indydebi's and it had that same grittyness. My sincere apologies for not testing it against my usual before posting. Both were somoth on the tongue just a little gritty when chewing. I guess that's normal.

What am I going to do with my ususal BC I just made...I don't like it!

Anyway, Indydebi's BC rocks! It is so good...I am a convert! thumbs_up.gif

I have not idea why your bc is gritty. What could possible make it gritty???? It's powder sugar, crisco, dream whip, milk and flavoring. How long did you whip the icing for? The longer you whip it the better it taste.
Maybe someone else has had this problem. I've never experienced it.
