I am making a dummy cake as a centerpice for a bridal shower. I am planning on covering with MMF - does anyone know how far in advance I can make it? Would the fondant hold up for 2 weeks?

you should be more than fine for a couple of weeks. just make sure to put it in a safe place, also to be careful to not bump or damage it while it is drying!

HTH!

Thank you for your help - I need to do as much ahead of time as I can to keep my sanity.
