Wow--very, very cool! I made my first topsy turvey this week (for my grandson's birthday) and it imploded four hours before the party. I rebaked and did a standard 3-tier stacked with some whimsical fondant add-ons. Such a disappointment. Maybe this could set me in the right direction. Love to try anyway, so please count me in.
