Hi there,


i have just had the most embarrassing experience on 2 occasions now with cream cheese fillings. My cakes top layers slide off as it comes to rooms temperature. can anyone give me some advice.

Are you putting a nice think damn before you put your filling? This could keep the sliding from occurring (kind of a slip grip to keep filling from oozing and slipping.)
