I have a client who I have just finished her order for tomorrow and she called to order another cake because she miscounted. My problem is I made the cake and filled it. It has been settling since 4:30 this afternoon how soon can I cover it w/fondant. Do I have to wait for morning or can I do it now? Thank you CC'ers
