Need Template For Wedding Dress Cake

I searched but couldn't find anything. Does anybody have a template for a wedding dress cake? I will be doing mine on a sheet cake. Thank you!

I had a friend find me this jpeg which I enlarged, sketched over to make a more fluid design, and used that to create a FBCT for my cake.
