Hi every one 
I use royal icing to make cupcakes decorations just like this one here:

usually the royal icing stays for 2 or 3 weeks, If i prepare the drawings 1 month ahead, do u think that they will still be valid?

Do you mean making decorations out of royal icing ahead, letting them dry, and storing them to use on a cake later? If so, dried royal icing decorations can last for a very long time if they are kept away from moisture, even several months. So yes, a month is certainly fine.
