I need your help with the best carrot cake ever. I have a tasting this month with a Bride and her Groom.

If you know you have the best carrot cake recipe and would share it with me - I'd love to try it! Thank you for your help.

If it doesn';t have to be scratch the Cake Mix Dr has a good one.

OMG...Southern Living.com has a recipe called "the best carrot cake ever." It truly is, every one who ate it had a fit. You make the cake (it even has pineapple in it), then make a buttermilk glaze, then the cream cheese frosting. It is TO DIE FOR. Just hope you aren't being calorie conscious! icon_biggrin.gif
