I am very new to this and I bought a large bucket of Buttercream from Sams. Is ther anyway I can flavor it without it changing the ability for it to crust or the white color?
Certainly. JUst add flavoring to the amount you are going use each time. Extracts, oils, flavorings ... any of them will work. One is more potent than the other.
