What Tip For This Bottom Border?? How To Make?

I really like the bottom border on this cake. Anyone know how to do it?

It looks like a ruffle border made with a bigger rose tip. You just hold the tip with the wide side up against the cake and use a "squiggle" motion around the edge. Then you pipe dots or a bead border on the top part of the ruffle.

it is a rose petal tip.... i saw this on jennifer dontz dvd.... she is popular for that in her area.. pretty border....
Do you recall which one of Jennifer's DVDs she shows this border? Does she actually do a demo of how to create that border? I just love it & would certainly like to give it a try.

Hey, Laura, I'm doing well. I've been busy with a few cakes here and there and also with some NY & NJ Cake Club Meetings as well as a whole bunch of dr's visits, so I've been a little scarce here, but even when I am on here I hardly ever see you, Christie, or Edna. What's that about? Where's the cool forum now? Any new TD's?
Grace... Edna has become quite the celebrity here with her new utubes.. everyone loves her and Christy is taking a hiatus for a while. The only TDs are with the cookie bouquets I think... I have been quite busy myself, but get here when I can....
