Hi all, I have a recipe for banana cake and am trying to figure out a filling for it. Since I think it will be really sweet as it is I thought choco ganache would be too much. The other filling I use is SMBC w/ diff flavors.

Any ideas????

Thanks,
Amy

I used strawberry filling for a banana cake, and it was yummy! One of my husband's relatives had never heard of that combination and thought it was odd, but tasted good. Never had strawberry/banana anything? Now, I thought that was odd.

Nutella-based fillings go great with banana cakes. Ever had a nutella/banana crepe? Yum.... thumbs_up.gif

Strawberry sounds great, too!
