I might be the last one on CC to get a KA but DH gave it to me last night.
I named her Zita and she is so pretty I may never ever use her!

Well, the other side of the coin--is my Sunbeam now looks like the Ugly Redheaded step-child that no one pays attention to.

congrats to you. you are not thel ast one who does (did) not have a KA. I want one so bad. If my fiancee does not get me one by Thanksgiving, then I will buy myself one in early December as a Christmas gift to myself. (LOL) I own a Sunbeam. It is okay, but not as great as the KA.

I like mine too, but find the bowl a little small at times.
I just got my first KA for my birthday in July! It has changed my world!!! I love it so much and it has made everything so much easier! Congrats on yours! Have fun!

I got mine 2 years ago from QVC, and I love it!!!!!!!!!
She is lime green. I wanted the pink one for breast cancer, but beggers (and I was one) cannot be choosers.
I asked for one FOREVER. I told my husband that for every b-day and holiday from now until I get it, this will be the only thing I ask for.
I think it scared him a little and beat him down a lot. Also, someone on CC told me to explain it to him like this...Sunbeam is a screwdriver, KA is an electric drill. He understood immediately.
Today is my birthday and got what I wanted.
BTW-because someone I think asked, ZITA is named for my patron saint- she is the patron saint of household chores and has saved my life more than once.
