I want to make a cake for my daughter's 2nd bday and the filling and icing say to keep cake in the fridge, but i want to cover in fondant too. I have put fondant cakes in the fridge before and the fondant gets sticky and kinda wet. Is it safe to leave the cake out for a day? The filling has raspberry and cream cheese and another one has pineapple and cool whip. Any advice?
