I want to learn how to decorate cakes. I need to take a 3 week cake decorating class in Florida, during the month of November 2008, while i'm on vacation break.

Welcome Icey...

You've found the best cake decorating website. I think you'll find that you will learn so much from all the other members. As you get used to "surfing" CC, you'll be amazed by the talent of these guys and gals.
The best part is everyone is very helpful, if you have any questions on just about anything, chances are you'll get help with it here.

P.S. A word of warning.....you will become more and more attached to your laptop/computer now that you've found CC. It's so cool to be able to interact with so many people that share our passion. Have fun
