I found a forum that said it had USMC coloring pages, one that was the seal http://www.usmchangout.com/portal/viewcategory.php?s=7c8f77949f0e9689fe41382dbebb770b&moduleid=51
You have to register there to see it, so I don't know how big it is, but it sounds like it might work.

if you have a scanner, do what i do...print the image off the computer, then cut it out as close to the design as possible. lay it on the scanner bed, and keep enlarging it by 100% until you have the size you need. voila!
it will pixelate somewhat, so make sure when you do hte intial printout from the internet, that you choose the "best" print option.
