How do you make a cake look like it has an open lid on the top of it, with flowers inside?

The last page of that post got corrupted in the March 08 server crash. You can definitely read the thread and replies up to page 7 but please don't add any posts to the thread, they kind of get lost in the ethernet since it's a thread w/corrupted data.
