Share your favorite sheet cake. I do a lot of cakes for my daughters school and they always want large sheet cakes and for me they are so hard to come up with ideas to decorate. I guess becuase there is so much space. You don't want it to look empty. I think there was a thread about this before the crash, so I thought is would be neat to get it going again!!!

I don't make a lot of cakes, but this one would be my favorite sheet cake. Buttercream with fondant accents.
