I need to make MMF for my class tonight and wonder if it will be alright to use since I won't be able to let it rest overnight.

We've done it before with just a few hours of rest time and it seemed to work fine.

Yup, it should be alright. In fact, the recipe I used last, said to only let it rest for 1 hour. It was definitely easier to use the next morning, but it wasn't that bad after only an hour. HTH

It's better to let it rest, but I've used some immediately after making it. It's a bit too soft, but you can make it work if you have to icon_smile.gif

This goes to show how bad I am at reading directions icon_redface.gif Because I have never let mine rest. I always make it and use it right away.
