Hi all,
I have used wilton fondant (uck), and Satin Ice (yummy) but I just ordered some choco pan and I would like to know what anyone here thought about it...The good, the bad, and the ugly!
Thanks,
Polly

It's the best tasting I have ever tried and I've tried almost all of them. A little harder to work with then others but IMO well worth the effort. I used it on my topsy turvy cake if you want to take a look. I've never had anyone peel it off like they do other fondant.

Great...Thanks...but how is it harder to work with? I am going to use it on a 3 tiered cake for my fathers 80th birthday...and I am nervous already.

It's just a little softer ,not as streachy and might tear a little easier if you roll it too thin. However, you can roll it thinner then most fondant and it will go a lot farther.
