hello,

What is a must have size cake pan if I want to start stacking cakes?

I have a quarter sheet pan, 3 9" pans, and a big heart pan.

what other pans should I look to get???

You need for sure rounds (10, 8 and 6 inches)

Yes, more round pans. Also, you can stack sheet cakes. Half of the quarter sheet on top of the quarter; two quarter sheets side by side, quarter on top, etc. Remember that mixing shapes works just as well as using all rounds, squares, etc. You don't have to invest a lot of money just to stack a cake.

You can get wilton pans this week at hobby lobby this week for 40% off. You can print the coupon (which is good on all wilton products) at www.hobbylobby.com They have sets of diffrent sizes in rounds, squares ovals and hearts with 3-4 pans in each.
