Need Ideas For A Clear Bottle (Like Seagrams) Cake

Ok the person wants a Seagram's Gin bottle cake to feed forty people. I think no big deal until I realize that the bottle is clear not colored. And it has these bumps on it. How in the world do I make the cake look like a clear bottle?! I'm stumped.

I had the same trouble with a recent cake! Check out my photos and take a look at the "Patron" bottle. It's not totally clear but it turned out pretty good. I just frosted the cake with regular crusting BC and then stirred up some piping gel and covered the whole thing to make it look like a clear bottle.

Not the most inspired answer, but I just to clear bottle cakes as whatever color the liquid inside is. Clear-clear becomes white.
