I would love to do something like that! I read about these cake conventions and stuff. Shows or whatever.... icon_lol.gif I wish I knew of something close to home to go to! Would love love love it!!! That's what I love so much about this site! Pretty much everyone here has the same illness as me!!!! icon_lol.gificon_biggrin.gif Can never obsess to much about it!! DD always says to me..." Mom! Cake is all you ever think about! " LOL! She's more right than I will ever really admit to her!!! ~hehehhe~

I'm late to the party, but I'm gonna cosign on the now-defunct Cupcake Bakeshop (http://www.cupcakeblog.com/). I've tried a number of recipes from there and Chockylit has never, ever, EVER done me wrong.

I'm sad she's stopped blogging but happy she's left the recipes up! Everytime I need an idea I head there.

you get a "cupcake of the week recipe" in your email. Try it, they send some awesome recipes. I made a cupcake folder and just store all the recipes in there.
