Excellent reminder! There are companies out there who will actually do this for you and keep it on file. Here's one in my area: http://www.hartmaninventory.com/ Cindy, the owner, told me she looks in drawers and under furniture to make sure she gets EVERYTHING on video tape and recorded. She works with the insurance agents/companies so she knows what info they are looking for.
This isn't a commercial for my friend Cindy, but just using her website as an example to show what this service is all about.
