Great cakes. Have you ever seen sugarshacks cakes. They are perfect also and she has videos that will help you learn to get them that smooth.

I just made Sharon's Buttercream recipe this morning and all I can say is WOW!!! There are no air bubbles. I dont understand the science behind it but this is the smoothest icing I have ever made. Thanks Sharon and I love my DVD.
