I torted my layers tonight...

chocolate with Choc BC and skor
white with raspberry filling
chocolate with choc BC and oreo
Butter pecan with Choc butter cream

Do I need to now put it in the freezer again or would the fridge do?

Fridge is fine, well wrapped to prevent any flavor transfers. You'll want to refrigerate the fruit filling and personally I just feel better refrigerating any cakes made in advance if they aren't for me. You never know how long the recipient will keep leftovers unrefrigerated, so why give them a 2-day head start on being unrefrigerated?

BTW your flavor combo's sound awesome - chocolate with Skor??? Toffee bars?? WOW YUM!
