I purchased some raspberry filling from Sams Club about a month ago for a wedding cake, I have about four sleeves of the stuff left over...does anyone know what the shelf life is on this stuff. I threw out the original box it came in. It is similar to danish desert but with raspberries in it. Thanks

i used to buy the fillings in the sleeve from dawn foods...they lasted forever....you didn't even have to put them in the fridge

I've had this in the fridge since I bought it and tasted it today and it tasted fine. I called sams and they told me with out the original box I was kinda out of luck?

theres a lot more preservatives in the professional stuff...i think you'll be fine.
