OK now I can't even get my buttercream to look good on a flat cake, I could never do that kind of sculpted cake icon_eek.gif I wonder what kind of Buttercream he uses that holds its shape and can be smoothed, any ideas?

I've seen that site before and if you like that check out Mikes Amazing Cakes .com. That's what helped inspire me to want to learn more about sculpting cakes. Read my post under "How do I". icon_surprised.gif

Go check out Diane Shavkin's website, Roland has a demo on their for a baby (like a baby on a baby shower cake), too, too cute! He demo's how it's done, great work!

These are some of my absolute favourite sites too! I think Diane Shavkin is an amazing person with a wonderful attitude about sharing and letting others have the limelight too!
Mikes is incredible isn't it?
The Winbecklers too, really talented people!
There is a cake site with forums for folks interested in sculpting cakes. I used to have it saved and lost it. I will see if I can find it again.
