Maybe just maybe if I hold my face right, say lots of prayers I may be able to create something 1/4 so beautiful by the time I am 90! What an amazing talent!!!

on her dvd "fun with fondant frills" jennifer has a recipe of white chocolate and fondant that might be close to what they use......as soon as i get some spare time i'm gonna try it .

I thought the ones on their site were unbelievably beautiful and then when I went through page after page on flickr my jaw hit the floor and i just drooled. It would take me weeks to complete some of the cakes they did. I do personally think some were over decorated but they pull it off and make it look amazing anyway. The details in so many of them were just unbelievable. I want to be a rosebud too.

Yes. That challenge just aired again recently. She did not win. Her cakes are amazing though. Maybe 7 hours just wasn't enough time for her to really pull out all the stops. What incredible talent!
A few weeks ago, I added them to my Flickr Contacts list just so I would get a notification every time they post a new picture! They truly do some amazing work.
