Cupcake Filling Question

Hello:

I was wondering how to fill a cupcake if there is a liner on it. I don't want to poke a hole in the top because I am going to dip the tops in ganache and need it to remain smooth, so I can't figure out how to fill them without taking the wrappers off of all the cupcakes!!! Please help

If you fill it wil buttercream or something similar, you can smooth it over the hole, so when you dip it in ganache, it won't show.
