Besides the Wilton standards, can anyone recommend some of their absolute favourite decorating books?

A few of my favorites: Confetti Cakes by Elisa Strauss, Romantic Wedding Cakes by Kerry Vincent, Colette's Wedding Cakes by Colette Peters, Cakewalk by Margaret Braun, Quick and Clever Party Cakes by Lindy Smith, Christening cakes by Linda Pawsey. Happy Reading! icon_rolleyes.gif

One of the most overlook books that Wilton ever put out is their Encyclopedia, Vol 3.

For fondant: Fay Gardner(sp?) has one that is a step-by-step on making flowers

I loved my "Writing on cakes" by Mary Ford!

In addition to the greats books named above...you may want to just visit your local Barnes and Nobles and just browse the books for yourself, but first walk down through the discounted books (sometimes you can find some great things there).
