Is there a way to give sheen/sparkle to BC? Can you mix luster dust in your BC as you are mixing it up?

I know you can brush it right on fondant, just wondering about BC...

I've actually tapped a brush full of luster dust over BC covered cake to get the effect. It worked out great without too much mess or waste. HTH

If you use a crusting BC and a very good quality brush, you can paint luster dust on BC cakes as well. Do it carefully so that you don't press too hard into the BC and the good brush to prevent streaking.
