I need to make 100 cupcakes for teacher appreciation committee with our PTO to pass out to the staff at our elementary building for back to school. Does anyone have any cute ideas on how I could customize these? I haven't done many cupcakes yet but am excited to get into this arena... Thanks for any and all advice!!!

Aww, how fun! Does the school have a mascot or colors?? I would do something with those. Maybe just alternating colors on the cupcakes if you set them in a big tray.

Also if it is just for parents and teachers why not do a bunch of floral-y cuppies? (Is floral-y a word?)

A simple decoration might be putting an "A+" on each cupcake in red.

How about apples? Ice them in red and add a little stem and leaf with buttercream.
