hi. i just bought my wilton cake leveler. i'm just wonder how and when is the best time to use it in cutting the cake? right after removing the cake from the pan or after cooling it? any guidelines / tips is very much appreciated
After the cake is completely cool. You can refrigerate it to speed the cooling and firm up the cake.
Too soon, and the cake will fall apart.
