Not only are her cakes great but the flavors are unbelievable!! I am now inspired to try her flavors and combos, I see a Julie and Julia coming on! I might try to make each of her flavor combos over the next year or so, I am always looking for new flavors and her look amazing. Thanks for sharing!

I think her roses are great, too! And her cake flavors and fillings, plus she does a lot of genoise. The colors of her BC roses are really deep...I wonder what kind of icing she uses. Do you think she could possibly use "American" Buttercream? I would doubt it with her cake flavors. I can't get IMBC to color like that. She's amazing.
