I'd love that! A suggestion ??? Maybe we can start a thread just called "Wisconsin" ... all other states, too ??? ... so we can easily find each other and ideas and possibly get a dialogue going... *deep breath* I'll bite the bullet ... off to start a thread ...

Wisconsin cakers, come look for 'Wisconsin' under 'General' forum.

tdybear - I am so bummed! That sounds like a great opportunity. But I am all the way north of Guthrie. That'd be one heck of a commute! icon_eek.gif

Yeah, that really is to bad. It's a great place to work and very flexible hrs.
Thanks for responding though. Stay safe from the storm I hear it's headed towards Florida. I lived in Miami when hurrican Andrew came through. It was rough.

Thanks,
Tracy

Yes Andrew was terrible, looks like this one is just going to be a soaker and bounce around off the coast for a while. You've given me an idea though, I'm going to see if any catering co's around here need help once school gets under way. The school hours make it difficult to find a regular job. Good luck with your quest.

Hey Sue,
Yeah, Try the catering Co's. The one I work for has Catered Events, Three Retails stores I supply to as well as Clients Special Orders.
Keeps me busy but the owner is very nice and flexible. I have Three kids and I can work in the middle of the night if they have something going on the next day. You never know, just start looking and see what happens.
Good Luck,
Tracy
