nothing wrong with your flower just try thinning the edges a little more, I haven't made these, but I googled images for it and yours seems a bit heavy on the edges....good luck and wish me some, I'm working on Hybiscus and Nasturiums tommorrow that I have never tried before, will post results.....
Thinner gumpaste definitely, and I believe most plumerias have only 5 petals, all of which overlap at the core (so I wouldn't place them onto a base disc like that, I'd have them all overlap the whole way...does that make sense?) Nice 1st attempt! Plumerias are my favorite flower

I think you need to roll the gumpaste a bit thinner so it gives it a much more delicate look.
