SugarShack all the way!!!! I have all 3 and I just got an email asking to rank which DVD she will work on next. I also added that I wanted Gumpaste flowers and Fondant Figures.

She is hoping to get it or them out spring of '09, can't wait!!!!!!!!

For fondant the DVDs I like best (and not in any particular order) are:

Scott Woolley's "The Heart of Cake Decorating"

Nick Lodge's "Making Gumpaste and Covering a Cake in Rolled Fondant"

Sugarshack's "Flawless Fondant"

and Jennifer Dontz's "The Easy and Tasty Way to Perfect Fondant" and her "Fun with Fondant Frills" DVDs.

I would recommend if you got one DVD on just fondant (for example Sugarshack's Flawless Fondant) you also get Jennifer Dontz's "Fun with Fondant Frills" DVD. That way you not only learn about fondant on cakes but you have other ideas on how to embellish buttercream and fondant covered cakes as well. Hope that helps some!! icon_biggrin.gif

Jennifer's fondant DVD is fabulous. It is very helpful and full of good hints and tips on how to make your cake fabulous. I have both of Jennifer's DVD's and I love them.

I want to order Sharon's too! I have her buttercream DVD.
